It's been dry lately here in Tennessee, but today the rain started. I'm so glad! Rain means more mushrooms
Here is a cute little group of oyster mushrooms I found in January 2017 on the most prolific oyster day I've ever had. Found probably 50 pounds of oysters that day! I only brought home enough to make a chili for me and my family though ^_^
